What do you like about working for TechNative?

At TechNative, there’s a lot of opportunity for team members to share their ideas. Everything is open for discussion, making me feel valued. There’s also a strong focus on self-improvement, with plenty of training and knowledge-sharing opportunities. What is important to me is that I’m recognized as a person, not just as a number.

Can you share a funny story or anecdote about something that happened in the workplace?

TechNative requires their consultants to pursue professional certification to deliver the best quality in all their assignments. When I first joined Technative, I had to obtain a number of FinOps and public cloud related certifications during the onboarding. Our in-house trainer provided an excellent course, and I did some additional self-study using the training portal. As I wanted to be very well prepared, I scheduled a practice exam. After passing it, just then I realized it was the official exam!

What achievement are you most proud of and why?

As a FinOps Consultant, I’m most proud of leveraging my background in Software Asset Management and deep licensing expertise. In my various projects, I effectively combine FinOps and Software Asset Management to deliver great value to our customers.

What is your favorite office tradition and why?

In my free time, I enjoy all kinds of sports like football, archery etc. At TechNative, we have “SportNative,” which aligns perfectly with my interests. This quarter, we’re competing in padel matches. We always have a blast, and the competition is intense, making it an exciting and enjoyable activity.
