Personal data we process
When you visit our website, we may process your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit, and technical information about your browser and device.

TechNative B.V. does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for individuals. How long we retain personal data
TechNative B.V. does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Sharing personal data with third parties
We use Amazon Web Services to host our website, with website infrastructure and data storage configured in EU regions. We use Amazon CloudFront and Cloudflare as content delivery networks, and AWS WAF to protect the website against malicious traffic. These providers may process your IP address and technical request data to route traffic, deliver content, cache website assets, and provide security. This processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6.1.f GDPR in maintaining a fast, stable, and secure website. Where a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Contact form submissions may be processed through Microsoft 365 for email delivery and may also be forwarded automatically to Slack Channels for internal notification and follow-up. This may include your name, email address, company name and the contents of your message. We use these services to receive, route and respond to enquiries.
Cookies or similar techniques we use
TechNative B.V. does not use third party advertising or cross site tracking cookies as part of the normal operation of this website. Our AWS, Amazon CloudFront, Cloudflare CDN, AWS WAF, and Google Fonts setup does not place cookies for caching or visitor tracking. We use Google Search Console to monitor the technical search visibility of our website. Google Search Console does not set cookies in visitors browsers through this website. If we use optional marketing cookies for a specific campaign, we will request consent before placing them where this is required by law.
Viewing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
