Privacy Statement

TechNative B.V. respects your privacy. This statement explains which data we process and why. The controller is TechNative B.V., Databankweg 7, 3821 AL Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use that data only to answer your question. We keep it for at most 12 months and then delete it.

Analytics

We measure website visits with Umami, which we self-host on umami.pimsnel.com. Umami is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and collects no personal data. No visitor data is shared with a third party.

Transfer outside the EEA

Our website runs on AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure. As a result, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. We cover this with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Send your request to hello@technative.eu. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
